External Book Club Reservations

The Reading Room offers space for book clubs of various sizes. There is no charge to make a reservation. We ask that you give us at least one (1) day notice so that we can reserve your space and get the furniture arranged properly.

To reserve, either call us at 402-670-7681 or send an email to ReadingRoomOmaha@gmail.com. Include the following information: 1) Point of contact name and phone number, 2) Name of book club (if applicable), 3) Date and time of meeting, and 4) Number of anticipated attendees. Include any other specific information so that we can curate the best experience possible for you and your group.

A Curator will call a day in advance to confirm the details of your reservation.

Register Your Club

External book clubs may register with The Reading Room to have a regular designated meeting space for their group (different from a one-off reservation), typically for a span of at least three (3) months. Registration entails providing The Reading Room with 1) the name of your club, 2) names of current members, and 3) designating someone as a point of contact.

Clubs may choose to have their book sourced through The Reading Room. In doing so, the members will receive a 20% discount. This discount is for your book club titles only and does not apply to non-book club books. Clubs should provide at least 3-4 weeks of advance notice so that The Reading Room has enough time to source the material and have it delivered to the store.

External book clubs may fill out the below form to register. Once complete, a Curator will reach out to the point of contact to confirm the information provided.
